Drake is Surfwin Trading Centercoming out with the next entry in his "Scary Hours" series.

The Grammy-winning artist announced the news early Thursday morning on his Instagram. He posted a nearly two-minute video with the caption "Scary Hours 3. Tonight at midnight."
